Artwork Information

Logos

We can help to get your keyrings artwork ready for production. All you need to do is send your logo to us (see "Getting Your Files to Us" section below) in a format we can use with your order and the specifications required (keyring type, dimensions, quantity etc) and we'll do the rest. Please note that we will begin work once your order has been finalised - we cannot offer free artwork assistance in advance of an order.

Preferred File Formats

These are shown the checklist above. If you're not sure, simply send us what you have available and we'll see what we can do. For rubber keyrings, a decent quality jpeg is usually enough but if we to edit anything, options on these are limited.

Please note that we CANNOT accept artwork in Microsoft Office formats such as .doc, .xls, .ppt or .pub. Again, get in touch and we can advise further. If you have ever ordered any company stationery then please check if you still have the artwork from your print company as we may be able to extract your logo and/or re-use it.

Text/Fonts

We may need you to include font files for the text in your design, especially if it is a non-standard font. Alternatively, if you are supplying your own artwork, you can have all text converted to outlines before sending it.

Getting Your Files to Us

For logo files up to around 15-20meg in size you can email it to us. For larger file sizes you can use one of the free file transfer services such as the Hightail Lite service^† or Dropbox.com^†.
