Your Personal Keyring Assistant
When you first get in touch with us, you will be assigned to one of our keyring specialists, a personal contact who wil guide you through the process, from initial design, through sample approval, to on-time delivery. Any questions, email them or give them a ring, they are there to help you.
Artwork
Send us your logo/artwork - we can deal with most graphic formats but best results are achieved with EPS, PDF, AI or high res JPG. You can email your artwork to us ([email protected]) and we'll let you know if it is OK for us to work with. Please note that we cannot accept artwork in Microsoft Word, Publisher, Powerpoint or Excel format. If you want us to copy an existing keyring, please pop it in the post to us.
Colours
We can match your colours as required -if you have a Pantone number, please let us know, as this will help our designers get an exact match. If you don't, we can colour match to your artwork but please note the industry standard for pantone matching is +/- 10%, and some colours look different on a computer screen.
For rubber keyrings, we have to work in 100% spot (solid) colours only and cannot reproduce tints or colour gradients such as shading, beveling, reflections etc. These options may only be available on other keyrings, such as metal photo-printed, we can help you find a product that works for you.
Samples
We are happy to provide free samples to prospective customers, to help them decide which custom keyring is best for them. Once we receive your order requirements, and a copy of your artwork, we can send you a selection that will suit your needs. We can also provide custom physical samples of your keyring, on payment of a small deposit, fully refundable against your final invoice, to cover mold costs.
Placing an Order
Once you have discussed your design/details with your personal advisor and have received your quote, simply email us to confirm you wish to go ahead, and your keyring will be sent to production immediately. For all custom orders, we will supply you with a picture of a design image, then a picture of the finished product (time-permitting, if you have a rush order!) to approve before producing the full order.
If you are happy with the sample picture, please send us an email to approve, and we will go to mass production. If not, let us know and we will make any changes as required but be advised that large design changes may require additional moulds to be produced at additional cost and additional time may be required for this.
Order Payment
After confirming your order, you will receive an invoice by email - for first time customers we require payment before final product, but for repeat customers we may offer 30 days credit (subject to credit check on application). We prefer BACS, but can also accept most major credit cards payments or cheque (please allow time for cheques to clear)) - look out for a pay online button on your electronic invoice. All our bank details will be on your invoice.
To make it easier for us to process and deliver your order quickly, please let us know if there is a specific person/email address that your invoice should be sent to - remember, failure to pay our invoice by the required date may delay your order!
Order Delivery
For most products, the lead time is normally around 3-4 weeks (but may be longer depending on the quantity required). If you have an urgent deadline, please let us know and we will see what we can do for you!
We send out finished orders by Fedex Next Day delivery service. These have to be signed for, to ensure safe delivery of your finished custom keyrings.
