So how do I go about ordering some fab promotional products?

We try to make the whole process as simple as possible for you. To get an accurate quote, simply just email in your logo together with as much detail as you can on what you're looking for. At a minimum, we need to know:
- the product you're interested in (metal keyrings, rubber keyrings, trolley coins etc.
- the keyring size
-the quantity you're thinking of ordering (minimum order quantities are shown on each product page)
- The number of colours
- Where they would be delivered.

We will reply to your email with our quotation and an approximate production time. If you decide you'd like to proceed, all you have to do is reply to the quote email (we need confirmation in writing so cannot accept orders over the phone) specifying the delivery address and the invoice address, if different. You will receive a a proforma invoice by email. Payment must be made before production starts (this includes artwork assistance). A delay in payment will delay production so please deal with this promptly to avoid disappointment.

Once artwork has been approved, print, engraving/etching and cast mould production will start. Design changes at this stage will require new moulds to be produced at additional cost and will add time onto the whole process.

Help, my deadline is just around the corner!

Production times on fully customised metal products are around 4 weeks from approval for mass production (depending on the product). If you're in a rush, do let us know and we'll talk nicely to the production team at the factory to see what we can do (there are no guarantees, especially at busier times, but we'll do our very best for you). Some of our UK-made products can be turned around faster so it may be advisable to go for one of those. Look for the UK-Made symbol (above/right).

Delivery

We send all orders out by Fedex - we can track this from our door to yours, so any delivery problems can be resolved quickly.

Artwork

We can handle most artwork as long as it is a reasonable resolution (eg 300dpi) for printing. If you are not sure, just send it over and we'll let you know! If it is not good enough to produce a mould, the chances are someone in your organisation will have a good copy, it's just a case of tracking it down. Artwork CANNOT be in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Publisher or Powerpoint) format as image quality is normally far too low for printing.

How Can I Pay for My Lovely Keyrings?

We accept payments by BACS (including Faster Payments if your bank supports it), the majority of major credit and debit cards and cheques (please make cheques payable to 'Acoo Review Ltd'). If you send a cheque, please also allow time for it to clear. Full details of how to pay are shown at the bottom of your invoice. Payment is required before production of your custom goods. Up to 30 day credit terms may be extended for repeat customers (subject to credit check).

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes - custom promotional products in smaller quantities is prohibitively expensive and labour-intensive so we need to have a minimum order quantity for each product. Where you will find prices indicated on our product pages, the lowest quantity shown in the pricing table is the minimum order quantity. This varies from 100 - 500pcs depending on the product.

Can I have a custom sample made?

If time permits, we normally produce a sample and send a photograph of the finished product prior to mass production but can arrange to send you this sample, if required. Depending on the urgency, this sample may need to be sent separately from our usual shipments by courier from our factory, in which case the cost of delivery will be added to your invoice. However, waiting for a physical sample may also add 2-3 weeks onto the overall process. Please also note that design changes made after a physical sample has been produced will require additional moulds to be constructed at additional cost to you.

If you decide not to proceed to mass production after a mould and sample has been produced, we will invoice you for the initial setup, labour and where applicable, courier costs (approximately ~£150 + VAT per mould/design but may be higher for some products) plus any artwork assistance provided by us at a rate of £60 + VAT per hour or part thereof. This will be offset against your refund on the complete order.

Where are the products manufactured?

We use preferred suppliers in the Far East for many of the products shown on our website (specifically fully-customised metal and rubber keyrings and trolley coins). Some products are held in stock for printing here in the UK - these are generally turned around more quickly than fully customised keyrings - look for the "Printed In the UK" symbol (above/right) on the individual product pages. Unlike much of the competition, we deal directly with a small number of trusted manufacturers; by cutting out multiple layers of middlemen you can be safe in the knowledge that you're getting the best quality products available in that price range. Would you want your brand on anything else? Moreover, we always pay our suppliers a fair price to help stamp out sweat shops.

Can I have full colour printed rubber products?

Our products are moulded, not printed so we have to work in spot colours only. Unfortunately this means that we cannot produce full colour rubber products. This also means that logos with shading and beveling effects cannot be reproduced. With a good design however, we think our products look better!

What are your products made from?

Metal Products: TBC Rubber Products: High-Grade soft PVC Due to small parts, which present a choking hazard our products are not considered to be toys and are not intended for young children. If you need test certificates for your products (tested by an independent laboratory such as SGS), there will be an additional cost for this, which will depend on the nature of the product you want and the level of testing required. The unit prices and minimum order quantities indicated on our products pages will not apply in such cases. Please contact us for more information.
